About Us

Welcome to Advancing Achievements! I’m Jacqueline Martillotti, the founder and CEO, and I am passionate about helping individuals develop the life skills, communication, and independence they need to thrive. With over 14 years of experience in education, behavior intervention, and leadership, I have dedicated my career to supporting students with disabilities and their families.

My Journey

I hold a Master’s in Educational Leadership, a Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis/Autism, and a Master’s in Adolescent and Special Education.

My background in special education, behavior intervention services, and parent training has allowed me to design and implement programs that make a real difference in students' lives.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked as a district program specialist, behavior consultant, master teacher, and special education leader, collaborating with schools, families, and communities to create meaningful learning experiences. Whether developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), designing behavior intervention plans, or coaching parents and educators, my focus has always been on empowering individuals with the skills they need for success beyond the classroom.

Why Advancing Achievements?

I founded Advancing Achievements to bridge the gap between school-based learning and real-world application. My goal is to provide personalized support, engaging programs, and hands-on training that help students and families build independence in a way that is functional, practical, and lasting.

At Advancing Achievements, we believe in the ABILITY mindset—focusing on strengths, fostering growth, and creating opportunities for success. Whether you're a parent, educator, or student, I’m excited to partner with you on this journey.

Let’s work together to make all students ADVANCE towards their ACHIEVEMENTS!
